Associate – Crypto, Blockchain & Digital Assets | AmLaw 100 Firm

Location: San Francisco (preferred), with options in Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, D.C.
Experience Level: 3–6 years
Compensation: $260,000 – $390,000 base salary + discretionary bonuses

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide clients through venture financings involving token rights or warrants.

  • Advise on crypto tokens, digital assets, and NFT issuances.

  • Manage primary and secondary sales of digital assets and tokens.

  • Develop offshore structures tailored for token and digital asset transactions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience focusing on crypto, digital assets, or web3.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and tokenomics.

  • Familiarity with securities law and regulatory frameworks around digital assets is a strong plus.

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for emerging tech and disruptive markets.
