Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate – Los Angeles

Our AmLaw 100 client, a top labor and employment law firm, is seeking a talented mid-level associate to join its premier team in Los Angeles (Century City). Role Highlights:

  • Focus on defense-side representation in wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and FLSA collective actions

  • Engage in all phases of litigation, including discovery, class certification, and dispositive motion practice

  • Handle single-plaintiff cases, including depositions, discovery, and court/arbitration appearances

  • Represent clients before administrative bodies (EEOC, CRD), and respond to demand letters

  • Gain exposure to traditional labor issues and executive compensation matters

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of relevant California L&E experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated firm

  • Strong command of California and federal court procedural and evidentiary rules

  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

  • Experience advising on California labor/employment compliance is a plus

  • Must be admitted to the California Bar

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $260,000 – $355,000

  • Hours and merit-based bonus opportunities
