The Ideal Candidate:

• 5-6 years of experience in private funds formation and operations
  
• Strong background in LP agreements, fund structuring, and regulatory compliance
  
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  
• A strong work ethic and leadership capabilities
  
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligible to waive in)
