Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Academic Excellence: Strong academic background in law with an undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, Biochemistry, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with other degrees will be considered based on compelling work experience.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of direct involvement in patent and/or trade secret litigation. Admission to a state bar is mandatory.
  • Skills and Attributes: You should possess a robust work ethic, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to taking on increased responsibility. Exceptional research, analytical, and both verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range from $260,000 to $365,000, depending on your location and experience. We also offer a discretionary bonus, comprehensive health/welfare benefits, flexible time off, and paid holidays.
