Our client—a leader in venture and growth finance—is seeking a standout associate with 4+ years of experience representing lenders in commercial finance transactions. You’ll advise top banks and private credit funds in deals that power innovation and growth.

Ideal Candidate
  • 4+ years of relevant experience at an AmLaw 100 or top-tier firm.
  • Strong background in lender-side representation, particularly in venture debt and growth lending.
  • Experience with financings involving technology, life sciences, or middle-market borrowers.
  • J.D. from a leading law school.
  • Admission to practice in NY, CA, or MA (depending on office).
