Our AmLaw 100 client, a leader in complex finance transactions, is seeking an exceptional Associate to join its world-class securitization team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge deals in structured finance, focusing on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and whole-business securitizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting securitization transactions, including CLOs and whole business securitizations.
  • Conduct due diligence, research, and analysis related to securitization transactions.
  • Draft and review offering materials, disclosure documents, and other legal documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments in the securitization space.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring the highest standards of legal counsel.
  • Mentor and guide junior associates within the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of securitization experience at a large or global law firm.
  • Strong academic record with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
